Limitations Are Never Listed
No property management software lists its own limitations. The website shows you everything the platform can do. What it cannot do, which booking channels are missing, which markets are not supported, and which features require expensive add-ons, you find out during onboarding. By then you have already committed.
Channel Numbers Are Misleading
Many channel managers love to inflate their number of connected channels. “50+ channels” sounds comprehensive until you understand that most of those connections are calendar-only links with no real sync. A change on one channel updates on the others with a delay of hours, not seconds. We only count full API integrations.
Why Do All Platforms Have 4-Star Ratings?
Software providers know exactly when a customer is happy: for example right after a successful booking comes in or a support issue gets resolved. That is usually when customers are asked to leave a review. Unhappy customers who quietly cancel rarely leave feedback at all. A 4.3-star average on TrustPilot is the result of that timing, not a reflection of the average experience.
